Hi! I’m Hillary, the owner of Seaside Books & Art. I grew up and also currently live south of Boston along the coast, where I draw a lot of inspiration for my art. I’m a member of Hull Artists, a local nonprofit and art-related community. While most of my career has been in the technology space, I’ve always loved and pursued creative projects on the side — reading, writing, painting, illustrating, and all things art and travel related. In 2024, I ran a Kickstarter project during which I created 100 custom bookshelf illustrations.

Through Seaside Books & Art, I’m sharing my love of books and creative work with my local community (and anyone else who might enjoy!). For now, I’ll be bringing Seaside Books & Art to pop-ups, craft fairs, community events, and other local businesses throughout 2026. You can read more about upcoming events on the Events tab.

I’m also excited to partner with local community-based organizations to bring people, books, and art together!
